YUMMM!!!!!!

We were on a road trip from Arizona to Seattle and Santa Nella happened to be one of our overnight stops. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and when we saw the Andersen's pea soup sign when driving in, we knew we were in for a yummy dinner! We ordered take-out, since we were traveling with two greyhounds and didn't want to leave them alone on the motel room while we ate. We both ordered a Cobb salad and made it a "Traveler's Special", which included a cup of pea soup and a milkshake...good lord, too much food(but I'm not complaining, it was amazing!)! The salads were made from fresh ingredients and the blue cheese dressing was housemade...delicious! I would highly recommend stopping by Andersen's whenever you're in Santa Nella.
